- 7th most on-time airline in Europe
- 89.6 percent of all arrivals in 2021 were on time
Austrian Airlines was again ranked as one of Europe’s best performing airlines in 2021 when considering on-time performance. The analysis platform Cirium confirms the airline’s excellence in its recently published on-time performance report. 89.6 percent of all Austrian Airlines arrivals were on time, which makes it the 7th most on-time airline in the Europe ranking. “As the red-white-red premium carrier, punctuality and reliability are among our highest standards. I am very pleased that the Austrian team is able to meet the demands towards our customers even in times of a global pandemic. Despite all the volatility that the Corona situation brings with it, our employees are still committed to ensure stable flight operations,” says Austrian Airlines COO Francesco Sciortino.
